(no subject)

I've been trying to keep my progress on Nano up to date. I'm going no where. I've read my friends' pages on both journals... what's obvious is on this journal, most everyone here is on my other journal. Heh. My open house on Sunday is cancelled, so my plans to go to office today to get everything together for the open house have fallen through, so I'm here... with a Venti Iced Chai, the sun is out, the canales are dripping and everything is melting in the yard and it's good. Now... I'm going to write.

Writing on Buffy makes for an interesting high.

Or watching Buffy while writing can make for interesting influences. What I mean, is that my main character already looks like Charisma Carpenter. It only makes sense that her gay, best friend, named Justin, looks like Nicholas Brendon, right?

I cannot tell a lie....

I uploaded my file to the progress meter wrong and got very excited to see I've written 11k words. But in reality, this is what I've written.


I can post it, if anyone wants to read. It will be friends locked.

I think by the end of the night I might be at 10k. It's something I'm going to strive for. Kinda like at the gym. I am aiming for 25 minutes next time I go spinning. I did 20 tonight, and about half a mile on the track. And tomorrow is the big day with the trainer.
Oy... I can't believe I'm actually doing this! Writing and Working Out.
